3. MANUSCRIPTS AND USER CONTENT

You are solely responsible for the manuscripts, files, and other content ("User Content") you submit to us. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish your User Content.
• Your User Content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party.
• Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

All fees for our publishing and related services are set forth on our website or in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in U.S. Dollars. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected services.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However, any changes will not affect services for which you have already paid. Payment must be received before we commence work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our services, we operate a strict no-refund policy once work has commenced on a project. However, if you have not received the services you paid for, or if there has been a clear breach of the agreement on our part, you may request a refund by contacting us in writing.

Any requests for refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will strive to address any concerns you have regarding our services in a fair and transparent manner.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
